    I hear the Lord say:

Rest… Rest today. Let My peace and calm return you to a state of equilibrium.  Don’t let your fatigue poison your mind.  Keep your eyes on Me – I am enough. I keep you on a firm foundation.  Remain true to your calling.  Follow Me.  Keep seeking. Keep listening. Watch for Danger signs.  Run into My arms. I’m always here for you.

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden,
and I will give you rest.

    I hear the Lord say:

Listen, listen, listen.  Listen to the sound of My spirit hovering over you. My spirit breathes fresh life into your spirit. It brings renewal each morning, equipping you for the day.  As air fills your lungs, I offer spiritual oxygen to charge your mind and body with holy energy. Sing My praises.  Reflect on My Goodness. Share My love with others.  Build on each day, growing stronger in faith, love and compassion.

Remember I call you to be more than a conqueror!

If we live by the Spirit,
let us also keep in step with the Spirit.
    Galatians 5:25    ESV

    I hear the Lord say:

The rain this morning is washing the pollen off the buildings, cars, roads and lawns. You see how everything was turning yellow with its coating. The coating can remind you of the stain of the world – sticking to everything: people’s negative attitudes, selfishness, sinfulness; the taint of sin is everywhere. My gentle washing with the rain of my spirit removes the guilt stain and cleanses each of my followers.  You stand righteous in my presence because of the sin removal you received. The washing and refreshing process needs to be continual – daily – moment by moment – as your flesh, fatigue and impatience attempt to rob you of perfect peace.  Pollen is an irritant – it causes allergies and asthma.  Sin is an irritant – it keeps returning as the flesh battles for control.  To keep pollen out of your lungs, many wear a respiratory mask.  This is a type of armor. In the spiritual world, you must daily put on your armor to repel attacks from the enemy. Additionally, you must recognize when the enemy is attacking you.  When you see the flesh taking hold, with complaining, judging, being impatient or irritable, take a stand. Say ‘I repent” and practice a Divine Exchange. Trade negative feelings and thoughts for my peace, love and calm.  Joy will return.  You will have to do this frequently but it’s going to help you mature in Me.

    May mercy, peace, and love

    be multiplied to you.

    I hear the Lord say:

Dear one, join me in song and praise, with the angels, as we worship together. Your song rises to the heavens. I hear your song as a sweet aroma in my throne room. As you bow and worship Me, I receive your praise. It is a wondrous song as you join my children and angels singing “Holy, Holy, Holy is the Lord.” You lay your sacrifices before Me. All heaven rejoices.

And one called to another and said:

    “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord of hosts;

the whole earth is full of his glory!”

    Isaiah 6:3  ESV

    I hear the Lord say:

Welcome back. The dark cloud that engulfed you last night blotted out the light of my presence. Although I abide with you always, you have the will to decide to meditate on good or evil.  If you have negative thoughts and you feed them, they grow and multiply. You didn’t like the ‘stew’ you had cooked up. Recognize the source of your anger and cast it off. Run into My arms for relief and for comfort. Repent of not abiding and accept my forgiveness. Let My Light shine again!

    Repent therefore, and turn back,

that your sins may be blotted out,

that times of refreshing may come

from the presence of the Lord…

    I hear the Lord say:

My beloved, I see you eager for more and desire to see with My eyes.  You will learn this as you continue to seek My face and absorb My goodness. My Glory will show through you.  You offer hope to others through your faith in Me.  I will give you the joy you crave. You must spend time with Me each morning and continue to seek Me throughout the day.  The joy will permeate your being and shine outward.  You joy will keep you content and at peace.  Each day will unfold with new mercies.  Joy unspeakable, bubbling up, running over, like a fountain of everlasting peace, refreshing all those around you.

I offer continual renewal – to your mind, body and spirit. Let Me shine!

In the same way, let your light shine before others,
that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.

    I hear the Lord say:

Remember how you worshiped with the colorful flags on Sunday at church? That freedom to express yourself is surrender to Me. In that surrender, you could bare your soul and dive deep into communion and worship.  It made my heart glad. Continue in that total surrender day by day. Dying to flesh, dying to self is a conscious process. It’s not a matter of will power but of surrender. Lay your ‘self’ on the altar in submission to my authority. Then arise in my power and might. You have Holy Spirit power residing in you. Fan that flame! Feed the fire with my Holy Word, prayer and meditation. Be all of you; be all I created you to be.  Let my Light and Life shine through!

So if the Son sets you free,

    you will be free indeed.
