Hello! Welcome to my blog! I have recorded past journal entries from devotional journaling as well as nature and travel photos. It is my aim to pass on the encouragement of the Lord to other sisters in Christ.
You are correct to turn to Me for wisdom and understanding. I am the Source of Truth and Wisdom. Read my Holy Word. Scripture is given to impart my words of exhortation, and to give you a model to follow. As David was a man after my own heart, I desire my children to seek Me in the same pattern. Meditate on Me and My Word day and night. Sing psalms of praise and adoration. Consider my Majesty and put your trust in Me. Honor Me with your lips. Let your actions reflect my Goodness. Put your whole heart into seeking the treasure of “more of Me.” “More of Me” awaits you. Every morning and every evening, turn your eyes toward Me. As your Loving Father, trusted brother and holy companion, I will spark new thoughts and insights; I will open new doors of opportunity; I will guide your steps as you trust Me along the way. Each day brings you closer to Me. Keep your eyes and ears open to My prompting. I won’t shout. Remember… I whisper, so you have to be an alert listener. Recall the verse “The sheep hear my voice.” Above the din and distractions of this world, keep listening for my voice. I call to you gently and guide you in the way everlasting. Deep calls to deep. Your deep longing cries out to my deep calling. We are bonded in love and can never be separated. I offer you a threefold cord, a bond that can never be broken. Stand fast, be confident, I am with you.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers,neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
The troubles of this world are temporary. You have an eternal home waiting for you. For now, on earth, you will have trials. But none of your trials have to be faced alone. I am here, my beloved. Come to Me and let Me gather you in My arms. Pour out your troubles to Me. I will comfort you in your distress. Let Me ease you of the burden. Let Me restore your joy. Let the troubles of the past, even those of only yesterday, be put aside. That day is done. Today is a new day. A new day brings hope. A new day brings opportunities for blessings. As you wake each morning, recall “a new day, a new dawn” with Me at your side. My holy Spirit brings you the vitality you seek. His joy becomes your joy. Joy in the morning sets the tone for your day so seek joy. Pursue it with all your heart. It will be your gift from Me to you every morning. The joy we share will serve to overshadow the trials of the world. Treasure this gift of joy.

I hear the Lord say:
Keep on seeking. Keep on searching. There are more treasures to unearth! I desire closer intimacy with you. I want us to be in constant communion. My holy Spirit abides in you so you only have to be aware of his presence. Throughout your day, check in with Me. Assess your spiritual state. Are you calm? Are you at peace? Are you letting me carry your burdens? Are you bringing your concerns before me? I have your best interest at heart. Trust me to bring you to day’s end with peace and satisfaction of a day devoted to Me. Following My will opens you to blessings and peace when day is done.
Sing to the Lord, bless His name,
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day.

I hear the Lord say:
Let your light shine on all you meet throughout the day. Let My love spill over and splash on others. The waves of grace cascading over you fill up and bubble over as your celebrate our daily communion. Keep your eyes on Me. I will show you more truths and expand your borders. Keep desiring greater intimacy with Me. You will be rewarded for your faithfulness. You are enjoying one day at a time. This is how it is meant to be. You see a transformation coming. Continue to follow that path. Obstacles will arise but stay on that path. You are never alone. I walk beside you, guiding you, encouraging you; ever present, ever loving, ever knowing.
I honor your offering of praise. Yes, my creation of your earthly world is marvelous to behold. I love sharing it with my children. Let the song birds remind you of the song I sing over you every day. A love song, a lullaby, a serenade, a symphony of loving kindness… My holy spirit surrounds you to give you peace, calm and guidance. You can rely on Me each and every day. As you hear the songbirds each morning, picture the birds singing My words of blessing over you. Cast your cares aside and embrace the joy of the morning. Carry that joy with you all day. Recall the song of joy throughout the day to bolster your spirit. Joy will sustain you. Joy will calm you. Joy will comfort you. Joy will be your strength.
