    I hear the Lord say:

I anoint your head with oil.

Your cup of grace and mercy overflow from the living waters of My Goodness.

My love has no bounds for you.

My oil of gladness covers you and soaks into every fiber of your being.

My anointing oil brings health and wholeness to your mind, body and spirit.

Let it soak into your bones bringing renewal, restoration and refreshment.

    You have anointed and refreshed my head with oil;
    my cup overflows.

    I hear the Lord say:

One day at a time. All in good time. I will reveal your steps as you need them. Trust Me. Let the day, week, month, and year unfold. Watch it as a blossom opens to a full flower. It is meant to be a gradual process and one to enjoy.  The beauty is each step; bud to blossom, blossom to open flower.  Enjoy the day.

    Celebrate the unfolding.

Let your hope keep you joyful,

    be patient in troubles,

    and pray at all times.

    I hear the Lord say:

Let Me put your mind at ease. The enemy wants to insert fear in your life. Believe that when you cast out fear that you have accessed My Kingdom power and it is done. My Word goes forth as a sword and vanquishes the enemy and his minions in one swift stroke.

Put negative thoughts behind you and focus on My goodness and holiness.  My throne room is yours to access for power and authority.

The name ‘Jesus” will cast out any and all fear, doubt and confusion.

And He said to them, “Why are you troubled,

and why do doubts arise in your hearts?”

    I hear the Lord say:

Fear is from the enemy. My children have no reason to fear. Outward circumstances may appear dire but I transcend current events. My holy power is ever present, alive and active, and all around you.  Take comfort and be confident of My loving care.  As a mother hen hides and protects her chicks under her wings, so I spread my pinions over you. My angels hover nearby, guarding and watching. My abiding presence is within you.  Tap into it and maintain a mind focused on possibilities, opportunities, and new experiences.  Revel in my supernatural power which overcomes earthly trials.  Like a soldier, be prepared for battle.  I have equipped you with weapons of warfare to be victorious.  Be courageous and confront all lies and reports of bad news with the truth and power of My Word.

Happy are those who remain faithful under trials,
because when they succeed in passing such a test,
they will receive as their reward the life which
God has promised to those who love Him.

    I hear the Lord say:

As you stretch the ribbon bookmark and pull out the wrinkles, I give you opportunities to stretch and be a greater reflection of My Goodness.  Like a steam iron pressing out the wrinkles of a garment, I allow heat and steam in your life to remove unwanted creases and to create a garment fashioned in My image.  You are perfect because I am perfect. You can’t rub out a wrinkle with your own effort. My Holy Presence gently applies pressure in the right places to release unhealthy habits and create an environment of loving trust.  Let Me continually mold you into the vessel of My choice.  Think of pressure in life in a new way.   Instead of fleeing it, wanting to avoid it and being exhausted from it, embrace it and see it as a growth tool.

Applied pressure is a method to create something new.  Pressure in a pressure cooker creates a meal.  Pressure changes rock into other forms.  Pressure applied to a wound stops bleeding.  Pressure is applied to remove a stain from clothes or other surfaces.

The wind blows trees and plants by pressure.  You feel the wind on your face on a boat ride due to speed and pressure.  Recall how the wind blowing on your face removes all the cares of the world.  Let My Holy Spirit blow afresh on you today!

I press on toward the goal
for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.
    Philippians 3:14. ESV

    I hear the Lord say:

As a dilapidated house is bought and lovingly restore to reflect its original grandeur, so I work in you. I am creating you into a masterpiece to reflect My goodness.  You will experience sanding, buffing and polishing. Rotten wood is replaced with fresh boards – strong and durable. New wiring is installed to allow uninterrupted current to flow; My Holy Spirit is connected to your inner being. The foundation is repaired and strengthened as you read, study and apply My Holy Word.  My promises are the studs in your house – supporting the walls and the roof.  Each pillar represents My names:  Jehovah Nissi, Jehovah Jirah, Jehovah Rapha… and they cannot be shaken. The plumbing system brings fresh water into your house. My Living Water refreshes your body and spirit with the washing of the Word and the cleansing of your soul and spirit. Renovations take time – there are hiccups, delays, and sometimes new problems are uncovered during the process. All these things happen in the course of renewal. Old thoughts and habits are replaced by new thoughts and habits.  The contractor is always looking to see how to improve. As I see your potential, I don’t condemn your flaws or faults. I enjoy living in the renovation process. The dust and sawdust are signs of active progress in the work being done in you.  Embrace the change – seek more renovation – let me guide the process.  A perfect house awaits you!

Unless the Lord builds the house,
        the builders labor in vain.

    I hear the Lord say:

It’s a new day. Be hopeful for the future. Let your mind relax. I’m in control. You can trust Me to guide you through the day and to bring you the revelation you seek.  Seek to hear Me throughout the day. I am beside you. Keep trusting in Me. You don’t see the big picture. I am working behind the scenes. Let Me be your Almighty God.  Acknowledge My Power and Sovereignty. I am Mighty to Save.  I am Jehovah Shammah- I am always and forever at your side.

     Know therefore that the Lord your God is God;
he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love
to a thousand generations of those who love him
    and keep his commandments.
    Deuteronomy 7:9  NIV
