Words & Whispers

I hear the Lord say:

I specialize in enlightening my children! I shed light in the darkness and surgically remove tumors and growths that inhibit them from experiencing true freedom and oneness with me.  My Spirit Sword, which rightly divides the truth, is  my scalpel that deftly excises negative thoughts, old thought patterns, distortions, misconceptions, lies and fear. I remove them, bind the wounds and heal the scars. Then I dip you in my Holy bath, washing you clean, restoring you to wholeness. As a renewed follower, you are now considered pure and righteous.  You can equip yourself with my armor to prevent further attacks from foreign bodies – attacks toward your mind, body or spirit.  You are more than a conqueror!

Rise up, my child. Rise up and heed the call to battle!  Victory is assured!  Victory is mine!

I hear the Lord say:

Recall how I said “With God, all things are possible”? You had blinders on regarding your current situation. You felt the best you could do was hang on, grit your teeth and bear it. Once you realized it was your preconceived, programmed mindset that was blocking your progress, you realized change was possible. You removed the blinders and saw a new path. You carved a new “wheel track” in your mind. One of peace, joy and calm.  Your new path replaced your old rut of negative thinking. And you can see the consequences of it now. Your burden is light, your energy is up, your efficiency increased, your attitude joyful.

Say to those who have an anxious heart,“Be strong; fear  not!  Behold, your God will come with vengeance, with the recompense of God. He will come and save you.”  Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf unstopped; then the lame man leap like a deer, and the tongue of the mute sing for joy.”  Isaiah 35: 4-6  ESV

I hear the Lord say:

Dear daughter, you are seeing how abiding in My peace and joy is transforming your inner thoughts and outward expressions. My peace in your heart is transforming your mind and emotions. You have a new perspective, a new way of thinking – this is what is coined a ‘renewed mind.’ This is the doing of the Holy Spirit as you surrender to His will.

No one can abide in Me unless first denying your ‘self’ and your ‘old man.’  You have laid down the ‘self’ on My altar and I have created a new self in you – one that reflects My image.  As you experience this new joy and this new peace, and see how walking with Me in trust and surrender removes stress and strife, you crave more of it.

Events in life may rock your boat but I am here to keep you on course.

So we do not lose heart. … our inner self is being renewed day by day.

I hear the Lord say:

Let me bring to mind your To Do list and consider it all joy.

Let’s go through the day without hurrying or fretting.

All is well.

Remember I am the Master of Time.

Freedom is your word for the day!

I hear the Lord say:

I hold you in the hollow of My Hand, protecting you from harm. You can trust Me in the valleys and during dark days. My light of love will shine through the crisis, guiding and illuminating. All is not lost. My goodness will uphold you and strengthen you. Be confident that victory is ours. My steadfast love endures forever.

Lord, my Lord, you are too wonderful for words.

You speak and it becomes.

You breathe and it lives.

You create all things and

Your goodness fills the earth.

You create man –

he disappoints.

But you persist.

Your patience has no borders.

You reach out, again and again offering love and guidance.

Your plan for man unfolds.

You send your beloved Son to bring good news – God in Man!

Jesus dies for us – suffers for us,

so that the true meaning of Love is revealed.

Love is the key. Love is the cornerstone. Love is everything.

Great is your love, Father, Son and Spirit.

Words are not enough.

I hear the Lord say:

Yes, the beach.  Your favorite place to relax, unwind and be refreshed.  As you gaze at the rolling waves reflect on the vastness and remember the vastness of my love for you. The waves crash onto the shore, bringing minnows in the shallows, and tumbling shells in the sand. The breeze is steady and brings refreshment to your mind, body and spirit.  Let Me soak into you as the sun rays shine on you. Absorb all I have for you – hope, peace and contentment.  I go before you each day.  Trust Me in all circumstances. Taste and see that I am good!
