    I hear the Lord say:

I know you desire to become more reliant on Me and more trusting in Me. The way to do this is to continue to spend time with Me – time in Scripture, in prayer, in meditation and worship.  The more time you spend with Me, the better you get to know Me. The more you know Me –  My character, My truth, My promises, My provisions, the more you will trust Me. Recall the verses that speak of My goodness, My power, My wealth and My Compassion.  I am bigger than you comprehend and broader than you realize. The journey to know Me deeper and more intimately is a joy and an adventure. 🙂

Give me revelation about the meaning of your ways so I can enjoy the reward of following them fully. Give me an understanding heart so that I can passionately know and obey your truth. Guide me into paths that please you, for I take delight in all that you say.

Reassure me of your promises, for I am your beloved, your servant who bows before you.

    I hear the Lord say:

Light, Life, and Salt –  I bring these to you each day. In the morning, refill your tank with the light of My love, the abundance of a Spirit Filled life, and the flavor of salt.

My wrap around love will preserve and protect, guide and illuminate; bringing joy and peace to your day.

Weariness is gone. My abundant joy brings you a lightheartedness in spirit.  Allow your light and life to infect others.  It’s a holy virus!  Let it spread from one to another. Joy is contagious!

Salt is excellent for seasoning. But if salt becomes tasteless, how can its flavor ever be restored? Your lives, like salt, are to season and preserve. So don’t lose your flavor, and preserve the peace in your union with one another.   Mark 9:50  TPT

    I hear the Lord say:

My agape love is the love I have for you. Love from the beginning, love throughout your life, love eternal; this is the love I have for you. A boundless love, an endless love, an unconditional love, a consuming love, a jealous love. Love you can’t contain, love you can’t restrain. An exuberant love, a joyous love, a belly-full of love.  A love that outshines the sun, a love that is more powerful than a volcano, a love that is deeper than the ocean, a love that transcends time.  Know deep inside that the love I have for you is so wide and so deep that nothing can separate  us from the love I possess for you. Know that you do nothing to earn or deserve this love.  It is love from above for my beloved child whom I adore.

That you, being rooted and grounded in love,
may have strength to comprehend with all the saints
what is the breadth and length and height and depth,
and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge,
that you may be filled with all the fullness of God.

    I hear the Lord say:

When you ask Holy Spirit to renew your mind, you have to allow new thought patterns to form. Then to encourage these thought patterns in size and number, you must remind yourself throughout the day of my ever present love and care. A renewed mind is a mind in tune with My thoughts.  “You have the mind of Christ.” What is the mind of Christ? It is one with the Father.  It is composed of love, obedience, sacrifice, mercy, compassion, peace and patience.  It is creative, curious, joyful, loving, and contemplative. A renewed mind trusts in Me at all times. There is no room for doubt or fear because all thoughts are captive to Christ.  He holds the keys to your heart and guards your mind.

His banner over you is love. Surrender to His love. Be obedient to His truth. Be conscious of your thought life. Take all thoughts captive so you will resist the wiles of the enemy. A mind at peace is the mind abiding in Christ.

    I Corinthians 2
Now we have received not the spirit of the world,
but the Spirit who is from God,
that we might understand the things freely given us by God. (verse 13)
But we have the mind of Christ. (verse 16)   ESV

    I hear the Lord say:

My words in Scripture are your grounding. They are crucial to your well-being. Your mind is a battlefield, as you recall from Joyce Meyer’s book. There is a war for your mind. Who will you believe? The lies of the enemy or the truth of My Word?

My Word is a fortress. Run into it!  There is safety here.  The devil can bang on the door but you are to focus on worship with song and praise.  The truth of My Word is written on the pillars of My temple.  Banners and flags give praise to My Holy Name!

Here, in the temple, all worries and cares cease.  Here, in My temple, is the rest and peace you seek. Today and tomorrow, when the enemy strikes, run into My temple. Remove the dirty garments of fear and worry and immerse yourself in the Holy water of My love. Saturate your  mind and fill it with My Goodness.

    Love conquers all!

We have thought of Your lovingkindness, O God,

in the midst of Your temple. Psalm 48:9 AMP

    I hear the Lord say:

As your heart continues to soften, your joy will increase.  A softened heart carries no burdens. A trusting heart is at ease. A carefree heart only knows joy. See each event as an opportunity to trust Me more and more.  I make all things new – your life, your job, your health, your relationships, your perspective.  Open your eyes to new possibilities. Let the future unfold!

And I will give them one heart [a new heart], and put a new spirit within them.
I will take from them the heart of stone,
and will give them a heart of flesh [that is responsive to My touch]…

    I hear the Lord say:

Recall the seeds of a pomegranate. It is bursting with tiny red seeds. You enjoy them on your salad and in your smoothies. These seeds are your reminder that your prayers are seeds of change. Your prayers will affect change in those you lift up.

    Continue steadfastly in prayer,
being watchful in it with thanksgiving.
