    I hear the Lord say:

In this time, dive into a deeper walk, a greater trust, a deep-seated knowing that I am on your side. I abide in you and our hearts beat as one. As you daily surrender your life, to seek My face, to walk humbly with your Creator and Savior, you will abide in My shadow. My shadow is your protective covering. In My shadow, you find strength and reassurance. As you rest in My shadow, you are calm and at peace. You can absorb and digest My words of truth. You arm yourself for battle with My armor.  My sword, my Living Word, is firmly in your hand. Wield your sword and shield to protect yourself and repel the enemy who wants to attack your mind, body and spirit. The belt of truth encompasses you. This truth is a brilliant light, dispelling the darkness. Gird yourself up with My holy word which brings strength, peace and hope.

Use all the armor and weaponry that God provides,
so that you will be able to stand against the deceptive tactics of the Adversary.

    I hear the Lord say:

Seek peace and pursue it. Go after it with determination and zeal. Obtain peace by standing on My promises. Align your mind with the mind of Christ. This spirit of peace brings a new sense of purpose. It frees your mind to dwell on other things. Instead of fixating on worry and fear, you focus on truth and strength.  The courage that results is a gift from the trust you place in Me. Recall Jeremiah 29:11 and be reminded that My plans for you include a future and a hope. These plans are a promise. Each one of My precious children have a special future, designed just for them, as they unite with Me.

As always, one day at a time, step by step, yoked to Me. Live in the present. Praise always. Hope always. Rejoice always.

‘For I know what plans I have in mind for you’ says ADONAI, ‘plans for well-being, not for bad things; so that you can have hope and a future.’  Jeremiah 29:11 CJB

    I hear the Lord say:

My Word is your armor.  Fear is on the loose during this time of global crisis. Do not let it rule and reign and poison your thoughts.  Come to Me, your shield and buckler, your ever present help in trouble.  Surrender control to the one who knows and loves you.  At this time seek My heart more deeply and more intimately.  This is precious time to ponder, to dwell, to meditate and abide in My presence.  In this time you will grow and the result will be more fruit and your priorities will revealed.

Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away, and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.

    I hear the Lord say:

Grief is normal. Grief is expected when circumstances bring bad news. Grief is not permanent. Today you feel grief but comfort is coming. I am with you in the grief. Let the tears fall. I am here beside you. Breathe in. Breathe out. Bring to mind My promises. They are your comfort. Fill your mind with My words of truth and comfort. While on earth, Jesus told His disciples “in the world, you will have tribulation. But behold, I have overcome the world.”  Paul mentioned suffering followed by a glorious reunion. James reminds you that trials and suffering produce perseverance, endurance and steadfastness.

As the boat rocks and you lose your balance, call out to Me. I will give you ‘sea legs’ to handle the waves. Let Me be the rudder to guide you on your way. I know the way ahead. Trust Me to steer the boat.

I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.  John 16:33  ESV

    I hear the Lord say:

I am the Way Maker – the Light in the Darkness. During these uncertain times, know that I am certain. I am steadfast. I am true. I light your way in the darkness. Although the world will have trouble, fear not, I have overcome the world. See, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone opens the door, I will come in and dine with them. I will abide with you, day and night, through thick and thin, through pestilence and disease, through war and famine. Though 10,000  may fall, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. Abide in the shelter of My wings; run into My strong tower. You are safe with Me. All who dwell in the shadow of the Most High will be saved.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

    I hear the Lord say:

Peace, peace, I leave you. This peace is your warm blanket on a cold winter’s day. This peace is the sun shining on a grassy meadow. This peace is the sound of bird song in the morning. This peace settles in your heart. It keeps you calm when things around you are not. This peace is from heaven and cannot be duplicated by human hands. This peace is the love that pours out from My heavenly throne. Each day, each moment, receive My peace.

Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in every way.
The Lord be with you all.

    I hear the Lord say:

Open your eyes and ears to hear My holy whisper. In each task lean in to hear My voice. A routine errand can be a holy assignment. Let Me saturate your thoughts. Let Me guard your future and map out your encounters.

Fear is gripping the nation over the corona virus. People go happily on their way; then are stopped in their tracks by something they can’t control. As you have learned and are learning, control is an illusion. It’s trust in Me that is real. In human mindset, it’s illogical.  In a holy mindset, it’s indispensable. As you rest in My presence, and find joy in My presence, it will bubble up and spill over into those around you

Let Me guide your decisions of what to do and where to go. Let peace reign in your heart.

Philippians 4:7 “ And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”

Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
