I hear the Lord say:

Dear one, you feel pressured by time. You feel the clock ticking, the minutes passing, the “to do” list calling, in fact, shouting for your attention. Reframe this mental picture. You are the master of time. You choose when to sleep, when to wake, when to eat, when to clean, when to work. Your ‘to do’ list waits patiently for you. The Tyranny of time is overthrown. This is My divine perspective. Yes, you have time requirements for work hours, appointments and self-care, but they don’t have to cause a panic inside you. I can be there to help. I can offer you wisdom for time management so you are ready on time, sleep well, eat well and experience joy throughout the day. I want you to dispel the lie that there is too much to do and that you can’t get it all done. I say – you can have a fruitful day and complete each task thoughtfully and deliberately. Yes, there will be more to do tomorrow and that’s okay. That’s the way it always is. Recall my admonition: Today has enough worries on its own – don’t fret about tomorrow. Now I say to you “Don’t fret about today – I feed the birds. How much more do I care for you?” Today is a day to honor Me with your thoughts and deeds. Today you taste and see the goodness of the Lord.

Taste and see that the Lord is good;

blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him.
