Words & Whispers

I hear the Lord say:

I love you with an everlasting love! I offer you peace in a turbulent world. When you see Me hold out My hand and offer you peace, be sure to take it. Many will see My offer but not accept it; therefore, they remain in turmoil and strife.  My offer is available 24/7. When you realize the weight of the day is getting heavy, pass your yoke to Me. Soon you will notice that you accept and absorb My peace before the burden oppresses you.  You will wake every morning and surrender it all. Because you trust in Me, you realize there is no burden. Hallelujah! There is no burden. Your life – your mind, body and spirit, are in My capable Hands. Since I am Lord of All, I am more than capable to care for you and bring you blessings each day.  Joy for each day and relief from trials…reaching deeper into Me and My ways; united in purpose and united in love.

Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me,

for I am gentle an lowly in heart, 

and you will find rest for your souls.

I hear the Lord say:

Continue in an attitude of thankfulness.  Each day is a gift with the sunrise your beautiful bow.  Pull on the ribbon and anticipate a glorious day. A day to lean in and absorb all My Goodness.  A day to go treasure hunting for nuggets of truth. A day to be refreshed at a beautiful waterfall from My rivers of grace.  Let Me walk at your side, pointing out people that need a smile, a hug, a kind word, encouragement or prayer.  Be mindful of Me so I can whisper to you what each person needs. Tell others of My goodness and light.  Be my beacon to the world.

My revelation-truth is a gift to you,

so remain faithful to my instruction.

I hear the Lord say:

Take one day at a time. Desire My fruit. My Holy Spirit is available and willing to impart all these character traits to refine your personality to be a mirror image of Me.  As you abide in Me, you gain My perspective, My love, My patience, My kindness, My goodness, My faithfulness, My gentleness, My self-control, and My forbearance. Let My waves of grace gently calm and soothe your soul.  All is well.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace,

patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

gentleness, self-control;

against such things there is no law.

I hear the Lord say:

My sheep hear My voice. Keep reading Scripture. Keep praying. Keep watching. Keep listening. Let Me burrow deep in your soul, mind and heart. Let Me fill up all areas of your inner being so I can fully abide in you. I offer all of Myself to you so you must offer all of yourself as well. I know you inside and out. I am transforming you inside and out. Beloved, be assured that as you seek more of Me, you will discover and personify more of Me.  Trust Me one day at a time. Growth is a steady process. It can’t be rushed. Be content for today and find moments to thank Me and honor Me.

I hear the Lord say:

You have physical eyes to see and physical ears to hear. But you also have spiritual senses. Seek to see with spiritual senses.  Seek to see with spiritual eyes and hear with spiritual ears. The heavenly realm is accessible with your spiritual senses. These are present within you but have been buried over time.  This treasure is ready to be uncovered!  Day by day, seek Me in the stillness.  Open your heart and mind to new possibilities. Let me lead you in our dance called Life.  Rhythms of grace gently pulse over you, a gentle wind, a symphony of sound, calling you – come in, come closer, come deeper, come higher…

Be still and know that I am God.

I hear the Lord say:

My melody of love sings over you.  I bring fullness of joy into your mind and body.  It cascades over you like honey, pouring from head to toe, enveloping you in sweetness and goodness.  The honey is a balm to your emotional wounds.  The honey is healing to your bones.  The honey is a golden covering of My presence that makes you glow with loving kindness.  Lick your lips and taste its goodness.  Its sweet flavor is delightful and feeds your soul.  It gives you dunamis power to hear and follow Me and do My will.  Take this honey to others.  When they taste it, they will want more.  Their hunger will be satisfied with My Word, My Love, My acceptance, My forgiveness… and they will be content. My Word goes forth in power.  Nations will bow at My name.  Be My light to the nations, one person at a time.

I hear the Lord say:

Fix your eyes on the Son. He is your source of joy and peace. As a sunflower turns its face toward the sun and moves throughout the day to stay focused on the sun, so you are to keep your head/gaze fixed on Jesus.  Instead of getting distracted by events and trials around you, remain steadfastly focused on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith.

Jesus is your hope and song. He is your deliverer. He is mighty to save! He is worthy of your trust and praise! His Holy Light casts out all shadows of doubt and fear.  Like a lighthouse, his beacon draws us near and keeps our paths straight and safe. He sees all and protects us from peril.

Storms rage but His steadfast love endures.  Love conquers all.

We look away from the natural realm

and we fasten our gaze on Jesus

who birthed faith within us

and who leads us forward into faith’s perfection.
